What is the rule on advertisement of property prices? When does it become deceptive or misleading advertisement? What is the recourse for a buyer if he is misled by a misleading false advertisement? Eg if the broker advertises a property for sale at, say $1m, and when the buyer makes an offer of $1m, the property agent turns around and say $1m is last rejected price and therefore suggest the buyer offers a higher price!
