In general, competition is stiff for rental in current market. I would say there is always a pool of tenants out in the market seeking the best deal, but with an ample supply of units available for rent, the landlord needs to be realistic about e pricing he is calling. As long as price is decent, any units outside Sentosa Island and outskirts would be pretty highly sought after.
