We arrived in Singapore a few months ago and we are obliged to go back to our country, due to personal reasons. Our rent began in June, so il would be just 5 months we are renting the flat. How does it work ? Do we have to do a letter for the owner, do we have to pay for one-year rent or can we present to our agent friends that would be interested to take our rent? Can we use the diplomatic cause? Thanks for your answers.
