We are living abroad now, visiting Singapore every 2nd year. We are European citizens. My wife used to be Singapore PR, but lost status when she moved to my country. We are 46 years old now. When we no longer are working (maybe 15-20 year) we are considering staying in Singapore for prolonged periods - let's say 3-6 months a year. We would like a property for this, and thinking it should be a condo or maybe a building, where there are several shared condo apartments, but not sure what are the options. How would you recommend investing in a property within next couple of years, so that we have something we can stay in on a semi-permanent basis later?

Hi Sir,

May I know if you're looking to take a loan for your purchase? And also, what will be your budget for the purchase, and how big a space do you require?

It would also be good if you could furnish me with more details, like your Citizenship, age of kids (if any), etc

I am experienced and well-versed in private transactions. I will be able to assist you. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion on your property plans.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
