For commercial properties, the only applicable stamp duty is 3% (Buyer's Stamp Duty). For certain purchases from organisations which is GST registered, you will then be required to pay 7% GST for the purchase to proceed. I do have a commercial shophouse for sale which is in the range of $10m without any GST involved.
