Hi Maya, this project is from Far East Developer and definitely in terms of amenities and structure, it will be value for money. In fact, it is only a short walk to Hougang mrt as well as the shopping mall. So for future capital appreciation should you decide to sell it one day, the value of it would still be there. Since you have decided to purchase for own stay, may I understand further your other requirements? Do you have plans to stay long term, or perhaps might sell it in 5-10 years once your children start to settle down? If so, the resale value element may be important. Is there a need to be near a good school?

It appears you are the same person who posted regarding the 4 condos in the east & northeast, are you only looking at resale locations amongst these 4 projects?
