First of all, congrats on passing your exams! It definitely wasn't easy but you guys did it!

Basically there are many companies our there that seem to offer very attractive schemes such as what you have mentioned. Actually if we were to look at it from a business perspective, every company runs a business. And every business we need to look at business model sustainability. Today if an agency tells you that they do not need to take any resale cut from you and only need to collect a small sum of $30-$70, what is the sustainability behind this scheme. And when a company cannot earn what they need to earn, then what is the support that can be provided to the agents? Support is extremely important to any agent especially to newcomers. Even if today a company do not take a single cut and the agent gets to enjoy the full 100% commission but the agent does not even close a single deal, 100% of zero is still zero.

Maybe I can invite you to meet up for a coffee session and I can share with you how I can mentor you and at the same time, how to make use of available technology, systems and support to help you to excel in your business. When will be a good time for us to meet up and discuss and explore whether my division, my team (Powerful Negotiators Group aka PNG - largest team in Singapore) and Propnex Realty (largest agency) is suitable for all of you?
