The Price at Blk 608 Elias Road is not consistent over the last 2 weeks. it was $648K, $640k and today it is $660k. Even the size has changed. It was 1668 sqft and now reduced to 1614 sq ft.

This is not very assuring.

Hi Abdul,

I believe you're not very sure of the market conditions, housing rules & types, and buying procedures.

To start with, there are different type of EA units at that block.
