Scenario 1:
I am single. Owning a resale HDB with 2 years MOP. If my girl friend purchased a condo and we got married later. Is this applicable? Is there any Fees i need to pay?

Scenario 2: If we got married and then she purchase condo under her name. If this is a better option?

It would be more straight-forward if she purchases a condo first before the both of you get married.

If both of you get married first, she may need to wait till you finished your MOP before being able to purchase the condo.

Dear buyer,
It is better if your GF buys a condo first, before you get married. But, once you get married, even if she is an occupier, she cannot buy until your MOP of 5 years is over. So, better to buy that condo now! Please contact me to find the best value for monies property.

TO avoid further complications, it is better for your girlfriend to purchased a private property before being married There will be no additional fees or ABSD to be incurred.
