What is your target price to sell? Have you sat down and do your calculations?

I'd encourage you to do your personal sums first to decide on your selling price before benchmarking against the past selling prices and existing calling price, however, if you were to ask me to assist in putting up a figure, probably I'll be looking at about $840k range.
