Planning to buy a 3rd property for investment. Becasue of ABSD 3% and finance can only afford abt $500k probably 1 bedder at at any location but good rental yield, new launch also ok. Is it wise to go in now considering so many studio units around and the ABSD? Cannot stand parking $ in bank with almost zero % interest. What if property drops 10% after buying & cannot rent out?
