Need expert advice. Do you guys think that the resale market is likely to dip in the next 6 months?

I had just sold my house and is thinking to buy a HDB flat but is unsure whether this is a good time to get one or wait it out for a couple of months to see whether the market dip.

Any insight on this?

    I have a place to stay temporary. So that is not much pressure which is why I can wait for 6 months or so.
