Hi,

1) The HDB will need the interim and final court order before they will take any action.
2) The HDB does not want to bear any consequences if there is no legal clear direction on how your marriage assets are to be divided.
3) The interim court order will include all the details on the division of the marriage assets and the final court order will issue the final judgment on the amendment if there are any.
4) It is recommended to speak to the lawyers to understand the details of the marriage assets division and the timeline of each milestone.
