My wife and I are joint owners of a condo. We have finished paying for our property using our CPFs. We are both retirees and are above the age of 62 years. We intend to sell our property and would like to know if there's a requirement for us to return any moneys back to the CPF. Please advise.

Morning Steven,

Whatever amount that both of you have used for the payment on your current unit, including interest, will be returned back into your CPF account. You are not required to top up the difference to maintain the required minimum sum hence you will be eligible to keep the profit to yourself.

Do contact me for detail discussion.
