Hi,

Since you are not the owner of any private property, you can purchase the next HDB as long as you fulfill the hdb eligibility conditions. Assuming you are 35 years old and above, you can purchase resale HDB under single singaporean citizen scheme. And you can apply the HFE letter now.

If you are not 35 years old yet, and since you are not married, you can only apply HDB with your parents name included.

If both of you are married, it might not be possible for you to apply for a HDB as both of you will now form a family nucleus and both of your names need to be in the application of an HDB.
