Considering the best interests of both the dog & your husband's daily commuting to & from MBFC, I would suggest you look for an apartment located in the East Coast - this means the dog has easy access to the park/beach nearby while your husband only needs 20-30 min travelling time each way.

Depending on the state (as in age, facilities & furnishing) of the apartment, you would be looking at the $4k-$6k range.

Hi Amy,

i have just relocated a family from Australia here in Singapore with 2 dogs just in December and can understand roughly what you are looking for in terms of space required. Nevertheless, the price range would have a fair bit of disparity in terms of locations, from as low as $3.5k for somewhere further away from Marina Bay Financial Centre to sky is the limit for developements that are posh.

It would be better to discuss with your husband and come up with a comfortable price range before going "shopping". There are some developments which are brand new which are pretty good choices too, within expatriates preferred estates like Holland V. I do have a facebook group catered especially for expatriates who are relocating to Singapore to discuss and find out more about what to expect.
