My HDB was rented out 1.5 years under a Tenancy Agreement (TA) Upon expiry, it was extended by 1 year via a Lease Extension Agreement (with reference to the original TA). If the lease were to continue for another term, do I do up a new TA or another Extension Agreement (2nd one) again making reference to the original TA?
