Me & my fiance are interested to get a NEW 3 bedrm pte property near mrt in AMK/ Hg/ Sgoon area . He currently owns a 3 rm resale hdb flat, so we can still wait for a good buy:) However we are unsure what would be a comfortable price range assuming we intend to take up to 80% loan. Our combined income is about $8.5k. We are in our late 30s. Thanks!
