Me and my husband are SPR. I (Joint name) owned a hotel room (overseas investment property) and my husband (joint name) also owned a terrace house (for parents stay)in Malaysia. Are we still entitle to buy a resale HDB flat? If we buy a resale HDB, need to sell off the oversea property within 6 months? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi

Yes, with the new measurements, if you buy resale flat you will still need to dispose off overseas property within 6months.

Hi JVC,

With the new measurements, you are require to sell off your overseas properties within 6 months upon purchase of a HDB flat.
