Getting a unit there for own stay will be very ideal, as travelling time to the downtown or city centre will be just a short drive away. There are also very convenient bus shuttle service that runs into the city area. The nearest MRT station serving this area will be the Haw Par Villa station.
The developments there are also very exclusive as the the surrounding estate are all private developments.
