like to check if i had disposed my 1st BTO flat by transfering the name to my ex husband and got back the refund via CPF, is this considered as sales proceeds ?

can this be use to pay for the resale levy for my 2nd BTO flat ?

Hi,

1) Yes, sale proceed inclusive of CPF & cash.
2) Resale levy has to pay in cash. For your case it is half of whatever required to pay.
