Lift Not Yet Upgraded Flat

I am planning to buy a 4rm flat for which lift not been upgraded. Am a PR and house is on the lift level - Will I be charged if an upgrade comes on later and rough amount of the upgrade ?
What are the pros and cons of it pls ?

Afternoon Lee,

As per your statement, you are interested in a unit that's located on lift level, even though the lift upgrading have not taken place. If so, you are not liable for any lift upgrading cost when the commencement takes place.
