It is not possible to amend the price of the OTP. Both parties will have to re-do the entire process again, and Buyer will have to request for another Valuation. Also, there is no guarantee that the Valuation will come out to be the same too.
$60k COV is quite a sum in today's market. Even $30k may be considered high, unless the property is at a prime location and is well renovated? Hence, I'm not sure if it's wise for you to pay this COV.

1) You are not allowed to amend the agreed price in the OTP.
2) You have to wait till the current OTP expired, reissue a new OTP with the new agreed price.
3) Submit a new valuation request and pay the fee accordingly.
