Hi,

It is not possible to amend the price of the OTP. Both parties will have to re-do the entire process again, and Buyer will have to request for another Valuation. Also, there is no guarantee that the Valuation will come out to be the same too.

$60k COV is quite a sum in today's market. Even $30k may be considered high, unless the property is at a prime location and is well renovated? Hence, I'm not sure if it's wise for you to pay this COV.

I am experienced and well-versed in HDB resale transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Hi,

1) You are not allowed to amend the agreed price in the OTP.
2) You have to wait till the current OTP expired, reissue a new OTP with the new agreed price.
3) Submit a new valuation request and pay the fee accordingly.
