My primary investment objective is for rental income. then followed by price appreciation.
Additional information I would like to gather is how to reduce property gain tax after I sold out.
As this is my first try in property investment, please tolerate that I also need an real-world example of calculation on all relevant property cost and revenue,including eg; downpayment,mortgage,interest rate payable,estimated rental revenue,income tax,property tax.
