Hi Ms. Cherry,

Assuming your husband is SC, for resale hdb no issue, you can buy with him but have to dispose condo thereafter. If he has only taken hdb loan once, he might qualify for hdb loan again assuming the monthly income does not exceed a certain amount. Yes you can add in the child's name as part of application.

1. You are eligible to buy a resale if you husband is a SC. If he is an SPR, both you and your husband must be an SPR for a minimum of 3 years. Please note that to buy a resale HDB, you must dispose of your condo thereafter.

2. He will only be eligible for bank loan subject to the bank assessment.

Hi Cherry,

Even If your husband is a Citizen, both of you are not eligible for new BTO as you will have to fulfill a 30-month wait out period before you can apply for new BTO flats.

You can however purchase a resale HDB flat. Both you and your husband can be the co-owners of the flat, with him the sole mortgagee for the flat.
