Good luck in your home search. It is not easy to come across listings where the landlords are open to consider 3 months rental, unless the rental price is significantly attractive, otherwise most landlords are looking for long term lease.

- However, you can explore serviced apartments, which are more flexible and cater to short-term stays. These usually come fully furnished and are ideal for families.
- Look for serviced apartments or hotels in the east, such as areas like Katong, Marine Parade, and East Coast. These locations are family-friendly, with plenty of amenities.
- Consider splitting the family into two units if availability or space becomes an issue, as serviced apartments might have limits on the number of people per unit.
- If your family can stay longer than 6 months, renting a private condo unit in the east might offer more flexibility and comfort.
