i'm interested to purchase Binjai Crest 5 beds townhouse. i have two questions need some professinoal advice on.
1)will resale value go down significantly after say 10 years into 99 years lease hold on cluster house? the reason i'm asking is because its TOP 2004, now its 2011 so we are getting closer to 10 year mark. 2) seond question is what would normally happen if 99 lease hold come to renewal term --- whats most likely situtation for leaseholder to re-negotitate the term with landlord? any thoughts on this for convention/market practice in singapore would be very greatly appreciated. thank you, William
