I'm a new investor. I notice there are more sellers than buyers/investors from agents' listings. Most agents would say they're very busy but these listings don't seem to move. Like any other "confused or curious" investors, I don't where to park my money with a budget of $1.5m. I'm overseas so not familiar with local market. I'm not subject to ABSD. A 2-bedder would be easier for rental but a 3-bedder would have a lower quantum and higher rental income. Would like a unit < 5 years with tenancy preferably FH or 999 LH. Am not a speculator. Willing to hold longer to meet my projected ROI. Willing to compensate agents with sincere efforts in assisting in this endeavor because of time constraint. Previous posts suggested north, west (Jurong) or east (Pasir Ris, etc). have affordable psf. Please your email and phone for further discussion.
