Dear serious investor,

I'll be glad to listen to what your investment plans are and also share with you how I feel about the existing market to assist you in making your decision.

As you maybe aware from the recent reports that prices are still holding strong although the number of transactions have dropped, which explains that owners are better equipped to hold on to their asset in the event of a downturn and likelihood of securing a bargain buy are limited if not none.

Feel free to contact me further for discussion.

Hi Sir,

When we look at a investment property, we should consider the future potential as well as the risks.

E.G are there more condos coming up in the future , or if there is any additional ammentieis/shopping centres going to be up?

Another factor would be the current rental rates, and also the monthly maintenance for the project.

Do contact me for a short discussion and i would like to see how we can work together for your investment property.

Hi Serious Investor,

There will be new projects going to TOP in the next few years, usually tenants will prefer to rent newly TOP projects. Therefore, you need to consider the location very carefully. Ideally it should be near to amenities especially MRT station or International School, so that your property will not lose it appeal.

I understand you prefer Freehold or 999 leasehold properties, but these properties are usually of higher quantum and so your ROI will not be as attractive when compare to 99 leasehold properties.

I will be glad if we could discuss further on your investment plan.

Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.

Thanks and Regards
