If my salesperson have tried to sell the hdb for me. After 3 months, i intend to change another agent. How about the seller's checklist that the previous salesperson that did for me which valid for 6 months. Should i ask the new salesperson to resubmit for me or continue use the first seller's checklist.

Hi Mr Tay, every agent that you engage, a new checklist will have to be done. For eg, if you plan for it to be an open listing and you have 3 agents assisting to market the sale of your unit, then there will be 3 checklist in total. I would be most glad to assist you further. Hi, a separate seller checklist is required. Sharing the marketing strategy and update sales status is an important part the seller agent job. Discuss and work out the sales strategy. Currently is a buyer market, the sale will take time unless you price is very attractive. I always believed sharing the the truth with seller will help on the sales.

For any salesperson which you have engaged to market the sales of your property, a separate seller's resale checklist has to be done and submitted. I am curious why are you thinking about changing a salesperson after 3 months? Have you shared your thoughts and feedback to the appointed salesperson and realign the objectives together such that your salesperson understands your requirements better and also provide you proper report of the current market outlook and etc?

In today's real estate market, a salesperson need to constantly update and feedback to their clients on progresses and market trend while trying out new methodologies in reaching out and expanding the network to reach out to the right prospects. Advertising and waiting for calls in are what works in the past and will be insufficient for today's challenging market.
