The listing could still be listed as 3 room flat but description to state that one room was hacked.

Price may be impacted as commonly buyers would want the original room to be there. However there would still be some buyers who may accept it if the renovation suits their liking.

The configuration or definition of HDB type will not change. The sale price will be dependant on the buyer, whether they appreciate what you have done or not. There is right or wrong answer for this. Read More

Hi Sir/Mdm,

Even when the rooms are combined, it will still be listed as a 3 room flat when you are selling. There is no need to reinstate the hacked wall for the new owner. However, during the marketing process, we will need to target specific groups of buyers who do not mind hacked walls so that you can get a good price for your unit.
