Good morning Mark,

You will incur resale levy if you had purchased subsidised flat (BTO or resale HDB with housing grant) before and your next house is the same.

But seems that you have utilise your 2 chances to buy new BTO, you will not be hit by the resale levy if you purchase a resale HDB with bank loan.

Hi Mark,

Resale levy is only applicable if you purchase your 2nd subsidized flat (egs. New BTO, resale flat with grant, new EC). If you are buying resale flat with bank loan, no resale levy applicable.
