If I used to have bad credit records due to credit card debts Of $20,000 but have already cleared it with part of my cash proceeds of $200,000 cash from sales of my hdb flats. Will I be able to get a bank home loan of $600,000 with cpf $120000? My income is $6000 per month.

Afternoon,

It's tough to get so much loan from bank, within 6 to 9 months from clearing you loan. Bank also look at the trend of your credit record, not just the outstanding.
