if i own a resale hdb flat then got married (flat still fully under my name only)and my wife is a china pr, can she still buy private property or is she also under the hdb rule, cannot buy and if buy must sell my hdb flat? my flat is still within the mop. thanks

Afternoon John,

Since you have purchased the unit under single scheme, your spouse is not considered as the owner of the unit. As she's PR, she's eligible to purchase private property, under her name, due to the fact that she's not the owner of your unit.
