if i am a first time applicant who just sold a EC unit which i bought over 3-4 years ago direct from resale market without using any hbd grant at the time,am i still eligible to apply for a new flat from hdb?since i need to move out within 3 months.

the EC house loan was taken from bank.does that mean i still can take loan from hdb?i have never apply for a hdb flat from hdb direct and never bought a EC unit directly from developer

Hi Eric,

Yes, you are considered as first timer and can take HDB Loan directly.
Provided you are
- total family income less than $8000/mth
- any of your nucleus family members staying with you (will be applying together for the new flat) did not taken any HDB Grant before.
