Iam a Indian PR i plan to buy HDB but i have a bought a flat in INDIA taken housing loan in that case is it possible to buy hdb now or i have to buy in wifes name.that house is in name of both of us but the housing loan in only in my name.

Afternoon Yuva,

Resale HDB units are only opened to married PRs hence both buyers must be registered as the owner. Thus, you will be required to remove both your names from the property within 6 months from key collection.
