Afternoon Roslee,

As your unit have being fully paid for, you should be able to see profit from sales. However, you must have also fulfilled the MOP requirement. If you are buying another resale HDB unit using purely with your CPF funding, you are entitled to keep the proceed to yourself. I have recently sold a unit at Blk 347 at quite a good pricing.
