I would like to lease a small hotel (40-70 rooms, ideally around 60) to operate as a boutique hotel, location in either Little India, Kampong Glam or Chinatown, the 3 main ethnic areas in SG. As part of the lease, I would like to operate the hotel under my own concept and brand. Anyone know how to go about doing this rental, and an estimate of cost (rental) needed? Pls contact me if you can advise me/have any relevant info!
