May I get my banking partners to assist further? To my understanding, mortgage packages usually tracks the SIBOR or SOR, current packages can vary from 1.5% onwards, loan tenure depends on your age, with 65 minus your age as the reference. max loan is about 70-80%, depending on your age, income and credit profile and any outstanding debt.
