The amount of Grant you're eligible for is not entirely dependent on the flat price that you purchase.

Some of the other factors which determine your Grant includes:
1) both your Citizenship
2) your combined monthly household income
3) the proximity of the flat you purchase to your parents home
4) type of flat you purchase

With regards to your second question, I do not quite understand what do you mean by easing of loan? Do you mean MSR?
