I would like to buy a condo for investment, but wonder which tenuer should be considered, Freehold/ 99yrs new launch/ 99yrs aged? Seems convenience location are all under 99yrs lease, if i buy it, will the value be depreciated a lot after 20yrs compare with Freehold project? What is the different risk between them?
