I will be posted to overseas for a year. I have a HDB flat as well as a Condo. Is it ok that I rent out both HDB and Condo at the same time? Am I allowed to do so? If yes, what procedures do I have to follow in order do so?

For your HDB, just write in to HDB for approval.
For your Condo, no restriction.

Morning,

For the rental of your HDB unit, write in to HDB, along with your company letter (stating the period of overseas deployment). Upon getting the approval, you are eligible to rent out your HDB unit.
As for private property, it's at your own free will to rent it out as and when you are comfortable.

Hi Enquiry,

For HDB, all you need to do is to write an email to HDB to put up the request, please attach supporting documents.

Once the approval is granted, you will need to get a POA during your absence. Please take note that this POA is mandatory.

Regards to private, there is no restriction.

Dear owner,

Judging from the ownership of 2 properties for you, your HDB should have already met the minimum occupation period, thus you should be able to rent out as an approved unit and update the tenants' particulars with HDB. Renting out the condo should not be a problem.

Nevertheless, do take note of the property tax and income tax for the rental.
