Dear landlord, Rental payment can always be done via internet banking directly into your bank account therefore that portion of concern can be easily addressed. Most importantly, you should look into appointing a Power of Attorney to manage the property on your behalf should there be situations arising that requires your attention. A salesperson in general may have conflict of interest in performing such a role therefore it will be good to look into this aspect.
