I was so happy when I became a Singapore PR in 2017. Over the years, I have saved up enough money to buy an HDB flat. Affordability is an important consideration for me, which is why I'm looking at a BTO flat in Punggol. Do I qualify?

Hi,

If your spouse is a Singapore Citizen, do not own any private property or dispose one in the past 30 months, and your combined household income is not more than $14k, you are eligible to apply for a BTO flat.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
