I was issued an OTP for a resale private property. The OTP states I have to exercise within 14 days. On the 14th day, I signed the OTP but the S&P didn't arrive. Is the sale still valid? Can the S&P arrive after the exercise date of the OTP? Thanks

Hi,

I supposed you're aware that you should be signing and exercising the OTP and paying the exercise fee in front of your conveyancing lawyer, right?

As this is a resale private property, there is no need for an S&P agreement.

Your lawyer should be able to assist you in this matter.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305 . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
