What is the purpose of engaging multiple salesperson to market one unit, when the market size is the same? Most agents use the traditional media, website, email and sms blasting, but the targeted buyers are still the same? Doesn't it complicate things for you? Would you engage 3 to 5 cooks to prepare you a plate of wayu steak? And by paying half the standard pricing, do you expect the result and quality will be as good?

You can definitely do things your way, but at your own cost of not getting the things done up to your expectation? Do you math and you will know which one is more important to you, at the moment of sales.
