By the way something to take note, rules have changed.

Currently after buyers and sellers agreed on a sale price, it will be the buyers who apply for valuation and not sellers anymore.

Probably you can share more of the following information so I can draft out a financial plan for you.

1) CPF utilised plus accrued interest in current HDB
2) any outstanding loan
3) cash on hand
4) unutilised CPF OA funds

Firstly, I would like to share with you the latest sale transaction Edgefield Plains.

1) Blk 101A low floor $450k in Feb 2016
2) Blk 101B low floor $450k in Feb 2016

As such, the price that you will be looking to sell should be ranging from $410k to $450k.

Secondly, as the rule of HDB have changed. HDB valuation will only be done after the seller and buyer agreed on a price and the valuation will be done by a HDB assigned valuer.
