I want to buy a 3-rm HDB resale flat at bedok, chai chee or eunos area. My approved HLE loan is 100k. I would also wish to appy for CPF grant or any other additional grant? How much cash or Cpf must i fork out?

Morning,

As for how much grant you will be eligible for, it will be based on how much is your monthly income. As for how much cash you need, that would depend on how much grant you can get, how much CPF OA you have in hand and the price of the unit that you are buying.

Hi,

How much cash to fork out depends on your purchasing price of the HDB, and how much OA you have. And grants available depends on the income you are earning now. May I understand your situation further before further value-adding?

Hi, the price range for 3 room hdb flat from 280 - 350K. Assuming the price is 300K, you need to have 200K of cash + CPF. Maximum CPF grant you could have is up to 40K. Please feel free to call for more details.
