i successful converted to Singaporean on November 2023,
before the conversion complete, i had two properties at Malaysia.
First, Landed property sold on Month June 2023
Second, Condominium property i transferred the ownership of the asset to other Malaysia citizen on Month October 2023
I turned to 35 years old on Month December 2023,
According to the HDB rules, i need to wait for 15 months before i can get HFE letter and continue my HDB purchase journey(either Resale or BTO)
Is that any way i can skip this 15 months waiting period, some of the house agent i met advise me to just answer no oversea property when fill up the questions to get the HFE as they claim Government will not know if you just said you dont have property in previous. Need some serious advice as i quite urgent to get my own place at Singapore right now.
