I recently purchased a Malaysian property in Johor. Now I am thinking of purchasing a private property in Singapore. How would my Johor property mortgage affect my Singapore loan interest/tenure/% of loan? My Johor loan is for property under construction and I may get positive cash flow if i rent it out. I am in my forties and have no other outstanding mortgages. Thanks

You might only be able to loan up to 60% for your potential property purchase in Singapore.
