I plan to move to SG from India - can i know which are the areas where rental is currently lower for hdbs and where there are good primary schools (also preferably where there is an indian community and indian stores,groceries)?

Florence Letchimi here from C&H housing Agent,
In Singapore every housing estates there are Indian community
And Indian stores groceries we also goes to Littler India, its at S'goon Road,
the Indian things like spices Vegetable aswel all the Indian sweets,
Sari, food, and for Schools don't worry, we have the best schools
